What does knus do?
Peer support service. Confidential peer support via WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, email, SMS, telephone or video. We will soon be launching our new mobile app.
Courses. A deeply reflective accredited course called Overcoming Anxiety, exploring ways to reduce anxiety, learning coping strategies and setting goals for the future.
Sleep stories. Sleep stories and meditations to enhance wellbeing.
Is the service free?
As a non-profit, we provide our services free of charge. We’re supported by donations and our dedicated volunteers.
Is knus a tech-driven non-profit?
We use complex and secure technology to connect service users to our volunteers. Our online courses are delivered using friendly conversational AI and automation.
Are you insured?
We’re insured and regulated as a non-profit in the United Kingdom. We’re happy to provide documentation for your due diligence.
Do you train your volunteers?
We provide accredited in-house mental health training for our volunteers and for external businesses and charities.
